Day 42 – April 21 –
Moving to San Francisco
We left our rustic campground in Greeley Hill and headed
west towards San Francisco. The
countryside was really beautiful, rolling hills and cattle grazing on the green
grass and once in awhile a grove of trees of some type planted in rows.
The closer we got to San Francisco the worse the road
systems got – we bounced around and one lane was just as bad as the other. We finally got to our exit and made our way
to the campground – Alameda County Fair Grounds RV Campground.
We moved from a setting of tall trees and deer in the
campground in the evening to another parking lot campground.

The sites are so close that the camper’s
awning to our left is less than a foot from our bedroom side-out.
This is home until Monday, the 28th.
bummer on the campsite, but enjoy the area around it.
